Datatrap-3000
Datatrap-3000 was developed to provide a powerful, flexible, easy to use tool for collecting tag parameter data into ASCII files at sample rates down to 1 sec. for later analysis.

Datatrap-3000 runs on the Honeywell TDC-3000 DCS on an Application Module (AM).  Each instance of Datatrap-3000 can collect up to eight (8) DCS tags, and up to four (4) parameters on each - PV, SP, OP, and MODE.   Data is stored in ASCII format to a user-specified location and filename on a TDC-3000 History Module (HM) volume or directory.

Supplementary displays include a time-series trend display and a help display.

DTTools
DTTools is an add-in developed for Microsoft Excel that opens and runs various useful functions and analysis on ASCII data files produced by Datatrap-3000.

DTTools allows the user to run basic statistics on each data series in the file, remove outliers, and select and export individual data series for export in format ready for use with other tools such as the Emerson Entech loop tuning software.
